As a Kohler designer, you have the opportunity to:

• participate in generating diverse ideas for new products
• create concept sketches and mechanical drawings
• develop final models of concepts

Using state-of-the-art technology and your creativity, you can be a part of the next wave of Kohler history.

Industrial Designers create fresh and innovative designs for new and current products, as well as research new uses of material within Kohler product lines.

Once talents and approaches are honed at this level, you have the ability to move on to a Senior Designer or Staff Designer position.

At the Lead Designer level, you would be creating design concepts that are unexpected and provide users with brand new experiences.
